Reservation Policy Long term reservations are available upon request. There is a two night minimum stay during holidays and local special events. Please note there are no refunds for early departures. Kids under 12 stay free. Cancellation Policy OFF SEASON 48 hours notice of cancellation is necessary. The late cancellation fee is $100.00 IN SEASON 90 days notice of cancellation is necessary for all reservations. The late cancellation fee for short term stay is $100.00 or 20% (which ever is greater). The late cancellation fee for long term stay is 20%. No refunds after December 1st for in season reservations. Applicable Fees Rates include double occupancy - add $10.00 per night for each additional guest. Additional $10.00 per night during holidays and special events. The rates are subject to 11.5% sales and bed tax. Pet Policy We accept pets with some restrictions. Add $100.00 of pet fee per stay. All pets must be kept on leash when outside. Owner will be responsible for all damages pet incures. Check in is at 3:00pm, check out is at 11:00am. ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING |
