*Please ask about our special honeymoon packages and services that can include flowers, candy, food etc. Reservation Policy Monthly reservations are available upon request. A $100.00 deposit is required for off season reservations. A 20% deposit is required for in season reservations. There is a two night minimum stay during holidays and local special events. Please note there are no refunds for early departures. Cancellation Policy OFF SEASON 48 hours notice of cancellation is necessary. The late cancellation fee is $100.00 IN SEASON 90 days notice of cancellation is necessary for all reservations. The late cancellation fee for short term stay is $100.00 or 20% (which ever is greater). The late cancellation fee for long term stay (weekly and monthly) is 20%. Applicable Fees Rates include double occupancy - add $10.00 per night for each additional guest. Additional $10.00 per night during holidays and special events. The rates are subject to 10.5% sales and bed tax. Pet Policy We accept pets with some restrictions. Add $25.00 of pet fee per stay. All pets must be kept on leash when outside. Owner will be responsible for all damages pet incures. Check in is at 1:pm, check out is at 11:am. ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING |
